Malware Scan & Diagnosis
Server-side and file-level scans, database checks and manual review to find every infected file, injection and backdoor.
Security Services
Infected, blacklisted or redirecting to spam? We clean it, close the way in, and get Google to trust your site again.
Introduction
EIT Connect provides WordPress malware removal for business websites, online stores and blogs that have been infected with malicious code. Malware rarely announces itself: it hides in plugin folders, injects spam pages into Google, redirects mobile visitors to scam sites, or quietly sends spam from your server until your host suspends the account. Our job is to find every piece of it, remove it, work out how it got in, and close that door, so you're not paying for the same cleanup again next month. If you need a malware removal service for website platforms other than WordPress, we handle those too.
Is Your Site Infected?
You may have malware if you see any of these:
What We Offer
Our WordPress malware removal service covers detection, cleanup, recovery and protection in one engagement.
Server-side and file-level scans, database checks and manual review to find every infected file, injection and backdoor.
Malicious code removed by developers, infected files replaced with clean originals, and the database cleaned of injected content.
Hidden web shells, scheduled tasks and fake admin accounts found and removed, so attackers can't simply walk back in.
Japanese keyword, pharma and casino spam pages removed, malicious redirects fixed, and spam URLs cleared from Google's index.
Google blacklist removal through Search Console, with a review request once the site is clean, plus checks with other blocklists your visitors' browsers and antivirus use.
Cleanup evidence shared with your host to lift suspensions, and help getting your domain off email spam blacklists.
The entry point fixed (outdated or nulled plugins, weak passwords, file permissions), with a firewall, login protection and admin two-factor authentication added.
Ongoing malware and file-change monitoring after cleanup, so any reinfection is caught early.
Threats
These are the five types of infection we clean most often.
Japanese keyword, pharma and casino pages injected into your site to hijack your search rankings.
Code that sends some or all visitors, often only mobile or first-time visitors, to scam or adult sites.
Hidden files that give attackers remote control of your site and server.
Fake login or bank pages hosted on your domain, or your homepage replaced with an attacker's message.
Scripts that use your server to send spam emails or mine cryptocurrency, slowing your site and triggering host action.
Choosing a Service
Malware Removal suits sites that are still online but infected, blacklisted, redirecting or showing spam. Hacked Website Repair suits sites that are down, defaced, or where you've lost admin access. If you're not sure, contact us and we'll tell you after a quick look.
Tech Stack
Every day an infection stays live, the damage grows.
Google warnings scare visitors away, and SEO spam can push your real pages down or out of results.
Redirects and phishing pages put your visitors at risk and can expose customer data.
Hosts suspend infected accounts, and spam from your server can get your business email blacklisted.
How We Work
Seven steps from first report to a clean, protected site.
We confirm the symptoms, take a backup of the current state and, if needed, put up a maintenance page to protect visitors.
Files, database, users and server checked to map the full extent of the infection.
Malicious code, files, users and scheduled tasks removed; core, plugin and theme files replaced with clean copies.
Logs and software reviewed to identify how the attacker got in.
Vulnerable software updated or replaced, passwords and keys reset, firewall and login protection added.
Google review request submitted, spam URLs removed, host and email blacklists addressed.
A cleanup report with what we found and fixed, followed by monitoring for reinfection.
Why EIT Connect
A scanner can flag malware. A WordPress malware removal service run by developers finds it all, fixes the cause and keeps your site working afterwards.
Manual review catches the obfuscated code and backdoors automated tools miss.
We fix how the attacker got in, because cleanup without that usually means reinfection.
Spam pages, redirects and blacklist warnings cleaned up so your search visibility can recover.
A plain report of what was infected, what we removed and what we changed.
Move straight onto a WordPress maintenance plan with monitoring, updates and backups if you want to stay protected.
WordPress malware removal includes scanning files and the database, removing malicious code, backdoors and rogue admin users, replacing infected core, plugin and theme files, cleaning SEO spam and redirects, fixing the entry point, hardening security and requesting Google blacklist removal.
Common signs include Google security warnings, visitors being redirected to other sites, spam pages in search results, a hosting suspension, unknown admin users or files, and emails suddenly going to spam.
Once the site is fully clean, we confirm it in Google Search Console's Security Issues report and submit a review request. Google then rechecks the site and, if it's clean, removes the warning, typically within a few days.
Most WordPress malware removal is completed within a day or two of starting work. Heavily infected sites, large stores or servers with many sites can take longer. Google's blacklist review then usually takes a few days.
Usually not. We clean the live site carefully, and only put up a temporary maintenance page if the infection is putting visitors at risk, such as phishing pages or malicious redirects.
Most infections come through outdated or nulled plugins and themes, weak or reused passwords, or insecure hosting. We find and fix the cause and add hardening, which greatly reduces the chance of reinfection, and we monitor the site afterwards.
Yes. Our website malware removal service also covers WooCommerce, Joomla, Drupal, custom PHP sites and other CMS platforms.
