We work across 35+ sectors, including healthcare, logistics, real estate, insurance, travel, fintech, education, eCommerce and enterprise. Each industry has its own needs, such as compliance rules or integrations, and our industry pages explain how we handle them.
EIT Connect is an India-based company that works with clients in India and abroad. Most projects are delivered remotely, with regular video calls, shared project boards and in-person meetings where needed.
Both. We build first versions and MVPs for startups, websites and stores for small businesses, and larger platforms for enterprises. We scope each project to its budget and stage rather than offering one fixed package.
EIT Connect has completed 1,250+ projects with a team of 160+ people, including designers, developers, testers, project managers and SEO specialists. Specialists are assigned by project, so you work with people who know your platform and industry.
Start by sharing your goals through our contact form or a call. We schedule a free consultation to understand what you need, then send a proposal with scope, timeline and cost. Once you approve it, we sign an agreement and begin with discovery.
Yes. The first consultation is free and comes with no obligation. We'll discuss your goals, suggest an approach and tell you honestly if another option, such as an existing platform or plugin, would serve you better.
For most projects, you'll receive a proposal within a few working days of the consultation. Larger or complex projects may need a short paid discovery phase first, so the estimate is accurate.
Yes. We start with a review of the existing code, hosting and documentation, explain what we find, and then fix, improve or extend it step by step. You don't need to restart from scratch.
We use three models: a fixed price for clearly defined projects, time and materials for evolving work, and a monthly fee for dedicated developers or ongoing support. We'll recommend the model that fits your project and risk.
Cost depends on features, integrations, design, content and timelines, and two projects with the same name can differ by several times in effort. A short discussion lets us give you a reliable figure instead of a guess that changes later.
Projects are usually billed in milestones, with an advance at the start and the rest tied to agreed deliverables. Ongoing services are billed monthly. Exact terms are set out in your proposal and agreement.
Yes, for clients in India, GST is added to invoices as applicable. Invoices for international clients follow the applicable tax rules for exported services.
Possibly. Hosting, domains, paid plugins or apps, third-party APIs, app store accounts and stock assets are usually paid directly by you. We list these in the proposal so there are no surprises.
A business website usually takes a few weeks to a couple of months, a mobile app or custom platform typically takes a few months, and larger systems are delivered in phases. Your proposal includes a timeline based on your scope.
You get a dedicated project manager, regular progress updates, scheduled calls and access to a shared project board. Most clients use email, video calls and a messaging channel agreed at the start.
Yes. We share designs for approval, then working versions on a staging site or test app at regular intervals, so you can review and give feedback throughout.
Changes are normal. We assess the impact on time and cost, agree it with you in writing as a change request, and then update the plan. Nothing extra is billed without your approval.
Every project goes through functional, device, browser, performance and security testing by our QA team, plus your own review on staging. We fix issues before launch and agree a final sign-off with you.
You do. Once the agreed payments are complete, you own the source code, designs and content we create for your project, and we hand over full access to repositories, hosting and accounts.
Yes. We're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share sensitive details, and our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Yes, where it's the right choice, such as WordPress, Laravel or React. Open-source components keep their own licences, which we check are suitable for your use, and your custom code remains yours.
You keep everything. We hand over code, documentation, credentials and hosting access so another team can continue. There's no lock-in to EIT Connect.
Yes. You can hire dedicated developers, designers or testers full-time or part-time to work on your priorities, using your tools and processes, billed monthly. See web development outsourcing.
We agree overlapping working hours with every client so meetings and handovers happen in real time.
Yes. We share profiles of suitable developers and you can interview them before confirming the engagement.
Tell your account manager and we'll discuss the issue and, if needed, replace the developer with a smooth handover so your project isn't disrupted.
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support period for fixing bugs, and you can continue with a monthly maintenance plan covering updates, security, backups, monitoring and improvements.
Bugs in work we delivered are fixed free of charge during the post-launch support period set out in your agreement. New features or changes in scope are handled separately.
We offer monthly plans for websites, stores and applications, including WordPress and Shopify maintenance, with set hours, response times and monthly reports. See our website maintenance services.
Contact us straight away. We offer emergency hacked website repair, including clean-up, fixing the entry point and removing Google warnings, even if you're not on a maintenance plan.
We give team members only the access they need, use secure credential sharing, keep work on staging environments, review code and follow secure development practices. Access is removed when a project ends. More detail is on our data security page.
Yes, on the technical side. We can build consent capture, data access and deletion requests, secure storage and audit logs. Legal interpretation of your obligations should come from your legal adviser.
Yes. Our website security audit finds vulnerabilities, rates them by severity and, if you choose, our developers fix and retest them. If a regulator requires a CERT-In empanelled auditor, we'll tell you upfront.
No, and no honest agency can. Google itself warns against anyone promising guaranteed rankings. We commit to doing the right technical, content and authority work, and to reporting results transparently.
Technical fixes can show changes within weeks, while content and authority work usually takes three to six months to show strong results, depending on competition. See our SEO services.
Not if it's planned properly. We benchmark rankings, map every old URL to its new page with redirects, keep valuable content and monitor closely after launch. A short fluctuation is normal while Google re-crawls.
Yes. We make sure AI crawlers can access your content, structure pages with clear answers and structured data, and build the authority AI tools draw on. Results can't be guaranteed, but these steps improve your chances.
We work with WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, PHP and Laravel, React and Next.js, Node.js, Python, Flutter and native mobile, and AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, among others. We choose the stack that best fits your goals, budget and team.
It depends on what you need. WordPress suits content-led sites, Shopify suits standard online stores, and custom development suits unique features or complex integrations. We'll recommend the most cost-effective option after understanding your needs.
