Emergency Response
Emergency website hack repair starts with containment: we lock down access and stop further damage while we investigate.
Emergency Website Help
Website hacked, redirecting or flagged by Google? We clean it, close the way in and get warnings removed, so you can get back to business.
Introduction
Hacked website repair at EIT Connect means more than deleting a few bad files. We find everything the attacker left behind, including hidden backdoors, rogue admin accounts and spam pages, clean it out, find out how they got in and close that gap. Then we help with hacked website recovery in search, removing Google's warnings and the spam pages that can damage rankings for months. Our goal is a site that stays clean, not one that gets reinfected next week.
Is Your Site Hacked?

| 'This site may be hacked' under your listing in Google | Spam pages or content injected into your site |
| A red warning page in Chrome or another browser | Malware or phishing detected by Google Safe Browsing |
| Visitors sent to a scam or gambling site, often only on mobile | A redirect hack hiding from logged-in admins |
| Search results showing pages in Japanese or for medicines you don't sell | A keyword spam hack |
| New admin users you didn't create | A backdoor or stolen login |
| Hosting account suspended or emails bouncing | Your server is sending spam or hosting malware |
| A defaced homepage | Direct compromise of files or admin access |
| Sudden traffic drop in Search Console | Spam or a security warning affecting rankings |

Your Obligations
Possibly. Under CERT-In's directions, certain cyber incidents, including website defacement and data breaches, must be reported to CERT-In within six hours of being noticed by organisations those directions cover. From May 2027, the DPDP Rules also require notifying affected people and the Data Protection Board when personal data is breached. Our incident report gives you the facts your legal team needs to decide quickly.

Common signs are a 'This site may be hacked' label in Google, a red browser warning, visitors redirected to scam sites, spam pages in your search results, unknown admin users, a suspended hosting account or a defaced homepage. Some hacks hide from logged-in admins, so check from a phone or private browser window too.
We start containment as soon as we have access. Many sites are cleaned within a day or two; complex infections, custom code or many affected sites can take longer. Google's review of a cleaned site usually takes a few days after the request.
Cost depends on the platform, how badly the site is infected, how much custom code there is, whether a rebuild is needed and how many sites share the same server. We give you a fixed quote after a quick initial look.
We take a copy of everything before cleaning, and in most cases content, products and orders are kept. If parts of the site can't be cleaned safely, we restore them from a verified clean backup or rebuild them, and tell you exactly what changed.
The site has to be fully cleaned first, including spam pages. Then the issue is marked as fixed in Google Search Console and a review is requested. Once Google confirms the site is clean, the warning is removed.
Sometimes, but many DIY clean-ups miss hidden backdoors, rogue users or the original entry point, so the site gets reinfected. If customer data or payments are involved, professional help is the safer choice.
Possibly. CERT-In's directions require certain incidents, including defacement and data breaches, to be reported within six hours by organisations they cover, and from May 2027 the DPDP Rules require notifying people affected by personal data breaches. Check with your legal adviser; our incident report gives them the facts.
Keep core, plugins and themes updated, remove unused plugins, use strong passwords with two-step login, add a firewall, keep tested backups and get a security audit. A maintenance plan handles most of this for you.
